What we do
Single origin
Three lots at a time, rotated as they run out. Roast dates printed, never stickered over.
House blend
Two parts washed Colombian, one part natural Ethiopian. Built for milk, drinkable black.
Wholesale
Twelve cafés and two restaurants. Delivery inside the city, freight elsewhere.
The studio
The roastery started in a garage in 2016 and moved to its current space three years later. Green coffee is bought through two importers we have worked with since the beginning. Nothing is roasted before it is ordered.
